About

My name is Andrew Dinnerstein and I decided to start this blog to share some of my knowledge and stories surrounding the real estate industry. My hope is that this blog is informative and entertaining, which is why I will often time use stories to illustrate various scenarios. Any stories I use will make use of fictional names and properties. I’m happy to answer interesting questions and provide information on topics that may be of interest to readers. Now for a brief and mandatory disclaimer that while I am a licensed and practicing attorney, this blog is not a substitute for legal advice and by answering any questions I am not providing legal advice in my capacity as an attorney rather a simple opinion of your situation. Furthermore, a legal relationship does not exist between myself and any readers by virtue of any response to comments.
